Barrier Array labels offer a unique method for securing and enhancing a product. Powered by Seraphim imaging technology, Imageworx has developed a method of forging motion effects using an articulate micro-moire’ algorithm, functioning without the need for pattern calibration or press characterization. Similar to a decades old process called “Barrier Printing’ or ‘Holey Printing,’ Seraphim Barrier Array technology, by Imageworx greatly enhances the capabilities of 2-sided micro motion printing ranging between 40- and 100-microns film thicknesses with the capability to shrink uniformly to a product without damaging the integrity of the motion effect. 

Highly customized security 3D algorithms are available for enhanced anti-copy purposes. All software and design methods involved with developing our secure 3D micromotion designs utilize proprietary software developed at and used only by Imageworx.
