Our Showroom
Imageworx has spent years building relationships with the best and most promising flexo-related manufacturers, globally. This exhaustive effort has placed us in a position to house the highest quality equipment and materials under one roof, conveniently located between NYC and Philadelphia.
Our showroom is open by appointment weekdays from 10am to 3pm for insightful demonstrations of the machines and materials. If you are looking to expand, or to replace your existing equipment but are unsure how it will fit into your shop’s workflow, let’s make an appointment and a set of plates. Then we can print a sample run with you, in real-time! Gone are the days of “buying out of a catalog” and hoping the advertised speed, registration, and other metrics, meet or exceed your production needs. Although we are a direct sales connection to all of our partners, as an Innovation Center, our primary aim is to advance the technology for ALL flexo printers, and yes, sometimes that requires modern equipment, but often it can be achieved by reimagining ways to use the equipment on hand at your facility.
Research & Development
There is no longer a need to stop your production line for research and testing. By working with IWIC to develop your difficult projects, you can keep your presses running while developing the “recipe” at our innovation center.
Press time is extremely valuable and losing production to do necessary R&D often puts your company in difficult situations. With our 40+ partners as a resource, working as a team, we are equipped to achieve superior results within tight timelines. Use the innovations realized at IWIC to expand your service offerings and client base.
We turn difficult projects into turn-key profits.

Security
Anti-counterfeiting and traceability are rising trends in our industry. Companies need to protect their brands and that is where Seraphim™ by Imageworx Secure comes into play. Several years of research and development have put us on the cutting edge of security printing. We specialize in three unique technologies for advanced security labeling.
Micro Optical Arrays (Lenticular):
Easily recognizable and visually stimulating, Micro Optical labels have the ability to garner the consumer attention and bring life to the product by displaying fascinating illusions of 3D motion with options for vibrant color arrays.
Available effect techniques include: 3D shallow and deep effects, quick animation sequencing, color shifting, achromatic inversion, image flip, and wallpaper patterns.
Barrier Arrays (Flat 2-sided Micro-Motion):
Imageworx has developed a method of forging motion effects using an articulate micro-moire algorithm, functioning without the need for pattern calibration or press characterization. Barrier arrays are printed 2-sided on clear films ranging between 40 and 150 microns, creating highly detailed color inversion effects, especially active when paired with light sources. Available for both pressure sensitive and shrink sleeve labels.
Micro Guilloche (Tax Stamps, Documents, House Notes):
Seraphim™ powered imaging provides the capability for ultra-fine micro-printed security measures. By combining crisp printed lines as small as 2-microns, with fully legible text down to 0.3 pt size, the security algorithms developed by Imageworx offer an unmatched combination of printed security measures imperceptible to the naked eye, and the cost effectiveness of standard flexographic printing.
All three options can be combined with our Domino K600i digital inkjet to add variable elements to your product such as barcodes, QR codes, serialization, etc., making each label unique, while adding an extra layer of security, and the option of traceability.
